Group Strength  

Increase your strength and endurance! These strength training classes will focus on various muscle groups each day. Come ready to push yourself to the limit and get stronger each day with a combo of strength training,  short bursts of HIIT, and resistance training. 

Equipment used: Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Suspension Straps, Medicine Balls, Plyo boxes, Resistance Bands.

H.I.I.T CLASS OPTIONS

High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) will boost your metabolism and burn fat while conserving your hard-earned muscle. In this cardio-based workout, you will alternate between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of rest and active rest. These moves are designed to get your heart rate up and challenge muscle strength and endurance.
